Technical specification

Motor:
The motor unit is a three phase direct drive motor unit complete with encoder unit. The motor will be inverter driven providing high, variable speed and includes soft start and stop.

Control panel:
The control panel conforms to the standard EN60204-1 and has an external IP rating of 54 and an internal IP rating of 2X.

ENGINEERING

Size:
Door dimensions: max 2000 x 2000 mm. All doors are made to measure to specific requirements.

Curtain:
Multilayer 2400g PVC and textile combine to ensure excellent strength, tear-resistance and long life. The curtain has very good isolation properties, high scratch resistance and is easy to clean.

Curtain braces are fixed horizontally within a contrasting PVC pocket which not only offer further strengthening and wind resistance, but also add to the visual appearance of the door system.

Safety:
The conveyor door can be integrated into the customers control system and will stop on a signal as instructed. Additional safety systems specified by the client can be fitted to the door due to the flexibility of the control panel.

Frames/hoods:
Side frames are manufactured from galvanised steel and powder coated to suit. Metal hood covers and infills can all be provided in galvanised steel with optional powder coated finish or stainless steel.

Operators:
Operation is usually via full integration with the conveyor system complete with all the relevant inputs and outputs equipped to deal with virtually any installation.
